and a representative will gladly assist you with your order. We are sorry but we do not currently ship custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies internationally.

Revising Shipping Information on an Order
If the status of your order appears as 'shipped', we are unable to change the shipping or billing information on your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can call Customer Service at 1.866.290.6854, and a representative will gladly assist you with your changes.

Storing and Shipping Hints
Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'SŪ to enjoy later? Don't refrigerate; store them at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Shipping them on to someone else? Again, don't refrigerate them. Simply place them back into the box and pad them with bubble wrap and ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping.) We also recommend that you include frozen gel packs on the outside of the bubble wrap-not in direct contact with product, during the summer or if sending the candy to a warm climate.
